Insycle pricing in 2026: the 25,000-record minimum

A CRM with fewer than 25,000 records pays the 25,000-record price: $25 a month for Starter billed yearly, or $31 billed monthly, with one module. Above that, the price rises with every record in the CRM.

Insycle's price a month at three CRM sizes, billed yearly
A month, billed yearly25,000 CRM records100,000 CRM records250,000 CRM records
Starter (1 module)$25$100$250
Growth (2 modules)$38$150$375
Professional (all modules)$50$200$500
Starter + Assign (routing)$50$200$500
  • A month, billed yearly. Prices from the vendor's own pricing page, October 2026.
  • Priced on every record in the connected CRM, not only the rows you import. The calculator starts at 25,000 records.
  • HubSpot contacts, companies and deals count as records; so do Salesforce accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities, and Pipedrive people, organizations and deals. Other HubSpot and Salesforce objects are optional add-ons.
  • Billing yearly saves 20% on the monthly price.
  • From 500,000 records the Enterprise plan is required, billed yearly, price on request.

What does Insycle do?

Insycle is a suite of modules for the records already in your CRM: each plan includes one or more of them. From Insycle's own site and help center:

  • Starter includes one Data Management Suite module, Growth two and Professional the full suite.
  • Insycle merges duplicate contacts, companies, deals and custom objects inside the CRM, on a schedule or from a workflow.
  • Magical Import stages a CSV against the live CRM before anything is written.
  • Associate links contacts to companies in bulk, matching any fields exactly or on similar values, with a preview first.

Why teams look past Insycle

The reasons come down to the price model, or to a job Insycle leaves to other tools. Each point is from Insycle's own website or help center.

The price grows with your CRM
The price is recalculated at renewal from the record count, and on annual plans added records are billed each quarter.
Starter covers one module
Starter includes one Data Management Suite module, Growth two and Professional the full suite.
Routing and associations cost extra
Assign (lead routing) and Associate are paid add-ons on every plan.
A 14-day trial, no free plan
Insycle has no free plan. Its 14-day trial needs no card and covers up to 500 records, for databases up to 500,000 records.
Emails are not verified
Insycle does not provide email validation; it points to outside verifiers.
No automatic file intake in its docs
Insycle's docs describe no automatic way for files to arrive (no email-in, SFTP, Drive or file API). Recurring files reuse a saved template.

Insycle alternatives, by job

Insycle is a suite, so no single tool replaces all of it. Start from the job you use it for.

To merge duplicates inside your CRM

If merging is the Insycle module you use most, these tools do that one job.

Dedupely

  • Works with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Nimble, Google Contacts and CSV files, with auto-merge on every plan. Its Zoho CRM integration is listed as coming soon.
  • A 7-day trial with 20 free merges, no card needed.

Keep in mind: Priced by the number of synced CRM records.

Koalify

  • Free for portals under 10,000 records, and for sandbox and demo portals.

Keep in mind: Deduplicates inside HubSpot only, priced on the records in the objects you choose to dedupe.

HubSpot Data Hub

  • Merging duplicates in bulk needs Data Hub Professional or Enterprise; any HubSpot plan can merge two records at a time.
  • On Data Hub Professional and Enterprise, formatting rules fix new records with the same issue automatically.

To dedupe and import in Salesforce

These tools are built for Salesforce and sold on yearly plans or by quote. Plauti also covers Dynamics 365, and Cloudingo covers Marketo.

Cloudingo

  • Its Import Wizard matches CSV files against existing Salesforce leads, contacts and accounts, and lets you preview and edit before pushing.
  • 10-day free trial.

Keep in mind: Priced per Salesforce org, billed yearly only; above 300,000 records a record fee of $100 per 100,000 applies.

DataGroomr

  • Imports CSV files into Salesforce with a data quality check, and can update existing records from a CSV.
  • 14-day trial with every feature, limited to 25 merged records.

Keep in mind: Salesforce only, on yearly subscriptions.

Plauti

  • Dedupes records in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a 14-day trial. Its price is not published; quotes are by record volume.

To run enterprise data operations

Openprise suits teams that run data operations across Salesforce, marketing automation and a warehouse, on a yearly contract.

Openprise

  • Automated list loading takes CSV uploads, SFTP drops and API connections, checks them against the CRM for duplicates, and names Salesforce and Marketo as destinations.

Keep in mind: Professional starts at $35,000 a year and includes unlimited seats, multi-vendor enrichment automation and a dedicated customer success manager.

Operelio vs Openprise

To clean and automate data coming into the CRM

If new data keeps arriving as lists, exports or a master list you update, these tools clean it before it lands. Operelio also runs the whole flow, from intake to routing and the push.

Operelio

  • Covers four jobs in one: trails for automated lead flow and routing, Bridgeant by Operelio for AI cleanup, 17 cleanup and verification tools and a CRM import to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive with a report of which rows are new, updated or not sent before you push.
  • A trail runs each file it receives through cleanup, dedupe, verification and ICP filters such as job function, seniority, industry and company size, checks each row against the live CRM, then can route it by rules to a person, a team in turn or the company owner. Files arrive by upload, by email to a folder's own address or through the API, and single leads from a form, Typeform or a webhook; email-in and single leads start on Starter and the API on Pro. A trail runs on arrival or on a schedule (every day, on weekdays, once a week or every 6, 8 or 12 hours).
  • Keep one master list in a watched folder. Each time you save a new version, the trail cleans, verifies and pushes it on arrival or at the next scheduled time. By default it fills only blank fields, so it does not undo edits made in the CRM.
  • The Free plan runs 15 of 17 tools; the limit is volume and file counts: 2,000 rows per job, 5 jobs a month and file size. CRM push, trails, Bridgeant's AI and email verification start on Starter.

Keep in mind: A schedule does not re-push an unchanged file, and Operelio does not pull records out of the CRM. It never merges or deletes CRM records, so duplicates already there stay.

Datablist

  • Imports Pipedrive people and organizations, merges duplicates inside Pipedrive, and updates existing Pipedrive records.
  • Datablist stores data in your browser; paid plans sync collections under 100,000 items to the cloud.
  • Pipedrive is the only CRM in its list of data sources; for other CRMs, its home page points to Zapier, Make and n8n.

  • Cloudingo and DataGroomr: sold as yearly subscriptions only; the monthly figure is the yearly price divided by 12. DataGroomr Standard includes 100,000 records and adds $500 a year for each 100,000 more.
  • Plauti: no published price; the vendor quotes on request.
  • Operelio: the price does not change with the size of your CRM; the plan's limits are listed under its name.
