Key differences
A one-time move, or files that keep arriving
Import2 is built for moving a whole CRM once; Operelio is the importer for the files that keep arriving. Import2 moves records and their relationships from one CRM to another as a service, starting with a free sample migration.
On Starter and up, each new file goes to a trail by upload, by email to the folder's own address or through the API (Pro and up). The trail runs on arrival or on a schedule (every day, on weekdays, once a week or every 6, 8 or 12 hours).
A report before anything is written
Operelio shows the outcome before it writes. CSV Loader updates records through a match field you pick, and its docs do not describe a preview.
Operelio checks every row against your CRM and gives the reason for each skip and refusal. Blank fields are filled by default and overwrite is opt-in, so values your team entered stay as they are.
Mapping and cleaning each file
Import2 moves the data as it is; Operelio maps and cleans each file on the way in. Save a mapping and load it on the next file, or start from a ready-made one for sources such as Apollo, Shopify or Mailchimp.
Columns can merge into one field or split into several. Operelio also dedupes the file, fixes formats and runs the free email quality check, and email verification (credits, Starter and up) checks that each address can receive mail.
