How Operelio and Import2 differ
A one-time move, or files that keep arriving
Import2's software moves records, fields and relationships between apps in one click, starting with a free sample migration you check before you pay.
CSV Loader's Auto-Import is the closest match to an Operelio trail: email a CSV to your own address and it loads with the saved mapping. A trail takes files the same way, or by upload, and also cleans, verifies and checks each one against the CRM before the push, automatically or with approval.

Operelio checks every row against your CRM, gives the reason for each row not sent and names values it will leave out. Blank fields are filled by default and overwrite is opt-in for the whole push, so values your team entered stay as they are.
Mapping and cleaning each file
Import2 maps fields and filters records when you set up a migration. Operelio maps, reshapes and cleans each file on the way in. Save a mapping and load it on the next file, or start from a ready-made one for sources such as Apollo, Shopify or Mailchimp.
Columns can merge into one field or split into several. Operelio also dedupes the file, fixes formats and runs the free email quality check; email verification (Starter and up) checks whether each address can receive mail, at one credit per address checked.
Undoing an import
Import2 can reverse its own work: a sample migration can be undone, CSV Loader can clean out the records an import created and a full migration comes with a refund and cleanup guarantee.
Operelio has no undo. It never merges or deletes CRM records, and by default it fills only blank fields, so a push adds data rather than replacing it.
