Dedupely pricing in 2026: $32 a month for 30,000 HubSpot or CRM records
Dedupely costs $32 a month billed yearly, or $40 monthly, on its first plan, for up to 30,000 records synced from HubSpot or another CRM. Every record in the objects you sync counts, so one contact, one company and one deal are three records. At 100,000 records you are on the plan for up to 120,000: $112 a month billed yearly. Every plan has every feature and unlimited users.
| A month, billed yearly | 30,000 CRM records | 120,000 CRM records | 480,000 CRM records |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dedupely (every feature, unlimited users) | $32 | $112 | $432 |
- A month, billed yearly. Prices from the vendor's own pricing page, October 2026.
- Priced by the tier your synced CRM records fall in. Billed monthly, each tier costs more: $40 a month instead of $32 up to 30,000 records. The tier up to 1,000,000 records is $640 a month billed yearly, and Dedupely's price list goes beyond that.
- It syncs HubSpot contacts, companies, deals, leads, tickets and custom objects; Salesforce accounts, contacts, leads and custom objects; and Pipedrive people, organizations, deals, leads and products.
- One account can connect several CRMs, and records from all of them count toward one plan.
Why teams look past Dedupely
The reasons come down to how the price counts records, or to what happens around a merge. Each point is from Dedupely's own website or knowledge base.
- Every synced record counts
- Every record in the CRM objects you sync counts, added up across objects and across every CRM you connect: 15,000 contacts, 18,000 companies and 4,000 deals is 37,000 records.
- Merges cannot be undone
- A merge cannot be undone. To get records back, you export the merge history as a CSV and recreate them in the CRM by hand.
- Duplicates are merged after they land
- Dedupely works on a copy of the CRM refreshed every 10 to 30 minutes, not a real-time mirror, so duplicates are merged after they reach the CRM.
- The tier rises with your CRM
- When synced records pass the tier's limit, Dedupely notifies you instead of upgrading automatically, and you either remove records or move up a tier.
- Merging only
- Dedupely's home and pricing pages describe finding and merging duplicates; neither mentions email verification or importing new lists into the CRM.
- A 7-day trial, 20 merges
- A 7-day trial with 20 free merges, no card needed.
Dedupely alternatives for HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, by job
Start from your CRM and the job: merging in HubSpot, cleaning more than duplicates, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or keeping duplicates out of new lists.
To merge HubSpot duplicates
If HubSpot is your only CRM, Koalify works inside it and charges only for the objects you choose to dedupe.
Koalify
- Free for portals under 10,000 records, and for sandbox and demo portals.
Keep in mind: Deduplicates inside HubSpot only, priced on the records in the objects you choose to dedupe.
To clean the CRM, not only merge it
Insycle is a suite: merging is one of its modules, alongside bulk updates, imports and routing.
Insycle
- Insycle merges duplicate contacts, companies, deals and custom objects inside the CRM, on a schedule or from a workflow.
- Lists eight platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Intercom, Mailchimp, Marketo, Yext and Zendesk.
Keep in mind: Priced by the total number of records in the connected CRM, not by seat.
To dedupe Salesforce with undo or verification
These tools are built for Salesforce and sold on yearly plans. Cloudingo can restore merges, and DataGroomr also verifies contact data.
Cloudingo
- Merges Salesforce duplicates by hand, in bulk or automatically by rule on a schedule, and from Professional up in real time as records arrive.
- Real-time merge, undo and restore of merges and the rapid import wizard start on Professional, at $6,000 a year.
Keep in mind: Every plan is billed yearly, per Salesforce org, from $2,500 a year; there is no monthly plan.
DataGroomr
- Imports CSV files into Salesforce with a data quality check, and can update existing records from a CSV.
- Verifies contact data with credits; every plan includes a yearly allowance, from 10,000 credits on Standard.
Keep in mind: Standard is $1,995 a year with 100,000 records and one user; each extra 100,000 records adds $500 a year, counted across every object loaded into DataGroomr.
To merge Pipedrive duplicates from a spreadsheet tool
Datablist cleans lists in your browser and can merge Pipedrive records in bulk.
Datablist
- Imports Pipedrive people and organizations, merges duplicates inside Pipedrive, and updates existing Pipedrive records.
- Datablist stores data in your browser; paid plans sync collections under 100,000 items to the cloud.
To keep duplicates out of new lists
Merging after the fact means duplicates reach the CRM first. Operelio removes them from each new file and checks it against the CRM before the push.
Operelio
- Covers four jobs in one: trails for automated lead flow and routing, Bridgeant by Operelio for AI cleanup, 17 cleanup and verification tools and a CRM import to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive with a report of what will be created, updated, skipped or refused before you push.
- A trail runs each file it receives through cleanup, dedupe, verification and ICP filters such as job function, seniority, industry and company size, checks each row against the live CRM, then can set the owner: one rep, a column of rep emails or round robin. Files arrive by upload, by email to a folder's own address or through the API; email-in starts on Starter and the API on Pro. A trail runs on arrival or on a schedule (every day, on weekdays, once a week or every 6, 8 or 12 hours).
- Keep one master list in a watched folder. Each time you save a new version, the trail cleans, verifies and pushes it on arrival or at the next scheduled time. By default it fills only blank fields, so it does not undo edits made in the CRM.
- The Free plan runs 15 of 17 tools; the limit is volume: 2,000 rows per job, 5 jobs a month and file size. CRM push, trails, Bridgeant's AI and email verification start on Starter.
Keep in mind: A schedule does not re-push an unchanged file, and Operelio does not pull records out of the CRM. It never merges or deletes CRM records, so duplicates already there stay.
What each one costs at the same CRM size
These tools count different things: Dedupely the records it syncs, Koalify the records in the objects you dedupe, Insycle every record in the CRM, Cloudingo and DataGroomr records in Salesforce, and Datablist charges by plan.
