How Operelio and ZoomInfo Operations differ

  1. ZoomInfo Operations guards entry and the CRM

ZoomInfo Operations works on data at entry and on records already in the CRM. It routes inbound leads, matches them to accounts, merges duplicates with matching rules you set and enriches records from several data vendors.

Operelio works before data reaches the CRM: each file is cleaned, verified and, if you choose, routed on the way in. It never merges or deletes records already in the CRM, so existing duplicates stay until you merge them.

  2. How a new list reaches the CRM

ZoomInfo Operations' List Import maps a spreadsheet's columns to Salesforce fields, can set record owners and produces a report of duplicates to review before merging.

An Operelio trail (Starter and up) takes each new file through cleanup, dedupe, verification and ICP filters. It then works out what each row will do in the CRM: create, update, skip or refuse. New trails hold each push for approval; you can let clean runs push on their own.

  3. AI for cleanup or AI for scoring

Operelio's AI plans cleanups; ZoomInfo Operations' AI scores accounts with propensity models. Bridgeant builds each plan from Operelio's own tools and a summary of the file: column names, how full each column is, counts and problems found. The rows are not sent to the model.

You see the plan with exact counts and approve it before anything changes. Operelio's tools make each edit, so the same file and the same steps always give the same result.

Where ZoomInfo Operations is better

  • Rule-based routing

Round robin, territory rules and conditional logic, with leads matched to accounts by company hierarchy.
  • Checks at entry

Web form submissions are deduped before they reach Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, and list imports get a duplicate report.
  • Upkeep inside the CRM

Merges duplicates already in the CRM with matching rules you set, enriches from several vendors and scores accounts with AI.

Frequently asked questions

What happened to RingLead?

RingLead is now ZoomInfo Operations, ZoomInfo's product for lead routing, dedupe and enrichment. The ringlead.com site redirects to the ZoomInfo Operations page, and ZoomInfo's technical docs still use the RingLead name.

How much does RingLead (ZoomInfo Operations) cost?

ZoomInfo does not publish a price. Its pricing page has no Operations plan or figure, so pricing comes by quote.

Does RingLead (ZoomInfo Operations) work with HubSpot or Pipedrive?

HubSpot, yes: its docs describe blocking duplicate HubSpot form submissions, alongside Marketo and Dynamics connections. List Import writes to Salesforce only. We found no documented Pipedrive support.

Can Operelio route leads like ZoomInfo Operations?

Yes for round robin, no for territory rules. An Operelio trail sends each file's rows to one rep, a column of rep emails or round robin. ZoomInfo Operations adds workflow-based territory rules, conditional logic and lead-to-account matching, which Operelio does not have.

Is Operelio a RingLead alternative?

Yes, for teams whose leads arrive as files and need cleaning, checking and routing before the CRM, from $39 a month billed monthly. ZoomInfo Operations fits teams that want rule-based routing and lead-to-account matching.
