Merging in Salesforce, or cleaning on arrival

Cloudingo works on the records already in Salesforce; Operelio works on each file as it comes in. Cloudingo finds duplicates in your org and merges them, and its Import Wizard checks new files against what is there.

Operelio's trails take each new file through a saved or ready-made mapping, cleanup, verification and a check of every row against the CRM, then route and push it. Duplicates already in Salesforce stay there.

Keeping records up to date

Cloudingo tidies the records already in your org. With Operelio, you keep one master list in a watched folder: each time you save a new version, the trail cleans, verifies and pushes it on arrival or at the next scheduled time.

Blank fields are filled by default, so edits made in Salesforce are not undone. An unchanged file is not pushed again; a new version has to land. Operelio does not pull records out of Salesforce, so you or a scheduled CRM export supply the file.

A preview, or a report with reasons

Both show you the import before it is written. Cloudingo lets you preview and edit records before pushing to Salesforce.

Operelio checks each row against the CRM, matching people by email address, companies by website or name. Its report gives the reason for each skip and refusal, and warns about owners who are not users in the CRM.

Routing and AI cleanup on the way in

Cloudingo's docs cover Salesforce dedupe and imports, not routing. An Operelio trail can assign each new lead as it pushes, to one rep, a column of rep emails or round robin. It can wait for approval or let clean runs send on their own.

Bridgeant, the AI on Starter and up, plans cleanups with Operelio's own tools from a summary of the file: column names, how full each column is and the problems found. The rows themselves are not sent to the model.

Questions

How much does Cloudingo cost?

Standard is $2,500 a year for 1 seat, Professional $6,000 for 3 seats and Enterprise $10,000 for 8 seats, billed yearly after a 10-day free trial. Above 300,000 records it adds $100 per 100,000 records.

Does Cloudingo work with HubSpot or Pipedrive?

No. Cloudingo covers Salesforce and Marketo only.

Is Operelio a Cloudingo alternative?

Yes, for bringing data into Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive, from Starter: saved mappings, Bridgeant AI cleanup, a check against the CRM before each push and trails that clean each file and can set the owner. For merging duplicates already in Salesforce, Cloudingo is the tool.

Can Operelio keep Salesforce records up to date?

Yes, from a master list in a watched folder (Starter and up). Each time you save a new version, the trail cleans, verifies and pushes it on arrival or at the next scheduled time. Blank fields are filled by default, so edits made in Salesforce stay.

Can Operelio route leads in Salesforce?

Yes, as it pushes them. A trail can set the owner on each lead, contact or account the push creates, or updates when overwrite is on, in three modes: one rep, a column of rep emails or round robin. Trails run on arrival or on a schedule, from Starter.
