About Operelio
Messy spreadsheets in. Clean CRM out.
Your CRM expects the right fields, the right format, and consistent data. The files that land in your inbox never have any of that. Operelio sits in the middle and fixes it: by hand with the tools, by asking Bridgeant, or automated on a trail that runs on every file.
The origin
It started with a wasted afternoon
A sales ops manager gets a lead list from marketing. The columns don't match what HubSpot expects. Phone numbers are in five formats. First and last names share one cell. Three required fields are empty.
There are two options: spend 45 minutes fixing it in Excel, or upload it as-is, watch the CRM reject it, and spend 45 minutes fixing it anyway. Either way, the afternoon is gone.
We built Operelio because we've been those operations people. This happens every week, across every company that runs a CRM. The spreadsheet-to-CRM gap is a real, recurring problem, and we wanted a proper tool for it. The tool fixed one file. What we wanted next was for it to happen on every file, automatically. That is what a trail is.
What it does
Four jobs, one place
Everything Operelio does comes down to four things people need done between a spreadsheet and a CRM. Each one works on its own. Together they are the whole journey, from a file arriving to a record in the CRM.
Automate your lead flow
Every lead source into your CRM, automated.
A file lands in a folder. The trail runs automated cleaning, verification and validation, checks it against your CRM, imports it and routes each lead to the right rep, waiting for you only where you asked it to. Live the same day, nothing to code.

Describe the job. It runs the tools.
Bridgeant reads a summary of your file, never the rows, plans the steps with exact counts, and runs them once you approve. Real tools and real numbers, not a guess at what your data should look like.
Meet BridgeantFix one thing, fast
Seventeen tools, one job each, fifteen of them free.
Deduplicate, verify emails, check a company is still trading, merge, split, filter, find and replace, reshape. Upload a file, get a file back in under a minute. The same engines a trail runs, on their own.

Into HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, previewed before anything moves.
Columns matched to your CRM's own fields, custom ones included. You see what will be created, updated or skipped before the push, and a value your CRM already holds is never written over. HubSpot contacts and companies, Salesforce contacts, leads and accounts and Pipedrive people and organizations.

What makes it different
You see what will happen before it does
Before anything moves, seven checks run and the preview shows what will be created, updated or skipped. A trail waits for your approval wherever you asked it to, and when it goes, it goes with an owner, shared out between the team if that is how you set it up.
Most tools tell you something went wrong. Operelio tells you row 47, column D: phone number missing country code. Every validation error includes the row number, the column, and a plain-language description of what needs fixing.
The columns in your spreadsheet will say "First Name" while HubSpot expects "firstname". Marketing will call it "Company" and Salesforce will expect "Account Name". Operelio auto-maps columns to your CRM's fields. You review the mapping, adjust anything that's off, and move on.
The person with the spreadsheet can run the whole process themselves, in a browser, without writing formulas or filing a ticket with ops.
What we stand for
Four things we hold ourselves to
The bar every one of the four jobs has to clear. If a change to the product breaks one of these, it does not ship.
Accurate
Wrong data that imports cleanly does more harm than a rejected file. You find out six weeks later, when the pipeline numbers are off. So every row is checked before it moves, and when something is wrong the report says which row, which column, and what to do about it.
In your control
Nothing reaches your CRM unchecked. The checks run on every push, the preview shows what will change before it does, and you approve as much or as little as you choose: every run, or only the ones that look wrong. Every run and every version stays on the record.
Private by design
Your data is yours. Bridgeant works from counts and column names, never the values in your rows. Nothing is pooled across customers. Files are held in EU storage and deleted at the end of your plan's retention window, and Operelio acts as a processor, under a DPA that applies to every account.
Simple
If a tool takes longer than the manual workaround, people go back to Excel. A file processes in under a minute, a trail goes live the same day, and none of it needs an engineer, a consultant, or a line of code.
Who uses it
The people who actually touch the data
Marketing
Lists from a dozen sources merged into one, verified in a single pass, and deduped before anything sends. Fewer bounces, so the sender score holds.
Sales
New prospect lists checked against the CRM so reps only work names nobody has touched, then shared out between the team in turn, with the owner set on every record.
RevOps and GTM
One trail, the same checks on every file, whoever pulled it and wherever it came from. One standard the whole team hits, with no reconciling five versions of clean.
CRM managers
Every import previewed before it lands: what will create, update, or skip. Blanks filled without overwriting the good data already there.
SDRs and BDRs
A prospect list cleaned, deduped, and verified the day it arrives, without waiting for ops. A clean file imports anywhere.
Developers
One API call instead of building an import pipeline. Any file in, clean mapped rows out, and new formats handled without new code.
Agencies
A separate workspace per client with its own trails and folders, credits shared across the account, and the same cleanup run the same way for every client, every month.
Excel users
The hard spreadsheet jobs, without the formulas: dedupe, merge, split, compare, reshape. Every tool returns a regular file. No CRM required.
The team
Small team. Focused product.
Operelio is built by a small team across the UK and US. We've worked in sales ops, revenue operations, and agency delivery, so we've lived this problem firsthand.
The product has grown into four things: the tools, Bridgeant to run them for you, Trails that run the whole flow on their own, and a push that replaces the CRM's importer. Every piece serves the same job: get data from wherever it came from into the CRM, right first time.
Today that means direct push to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, ready-made formats for the other major CRMs, and mapping templates for the platforms people actually export from, with more of each on the way.
Operelio Ltd was founded in 2026 and is registered in London. The same security and data processing terms apply to every account, Free included.
