What's the best way to get started?+
Sign up for a free account, upload your spreadsheet, and try any of the free tools. No credit card required.
What file types can I upload?+
.xlsx, .xls, and .csv. Row limits depend on your plan, from 2,000 rows on Free up to 150,000 on Agency.
Will my original file be changed?+
Never. Every tool works on a copy and returns a new file. Your original stays exactly as you uploaded it.
What happens to my files afterward?+
Files expire at the end of your plan's retention window, from 24 hours on Free to 90 days on Agency, and a daily cleanup removes them (Free files can last up to about a day past the 24 hours).
Which CRMs does Operelio work with?+

Does Operelio offer API access?+
Yes. API access is included on the Pro plan (1,000 calls per month) and the Agency plan (5,000 calls per month).
How secure is my data?+
Connections are encrypted with TLS and files are stored with encryption at rest. More detail on the security page.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page. No long-term contracts. Your plan stays until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drops to Free. A workspace with more than one member has to remove the extra members first, and the unused part of a paid period is not refunded.
