Datablist pricing and alternatives

Datablist is a spreadsheet-style workspace in your browser for cleaning, deduping and enriching lists, with a free plan and Starter from $20 a month billed yearly. Pick Operelio if each cleaned list has to reach HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, verified and checked against the CRM first.

Datablist pricing in 2026: free for one user, then $20 a month plus credits

Datablist is free for one user. Starter is $20 a month billed yearly, or $25 monthly, and Growth is $40 a month billed yearly, or $50 monthly, for five users. Cleaning and deduping are unlimited on every plan; credits pay for enrichments. Verifying 1,000 emails uses up to 5,000 credits, which is Starter's whole monthly allowance, or $5 at the 20,000-credit top-up price.

Growth (5 users)$40$40$40
  • A month, billed yearly. Prices from the vendor's own pricing page, October 2026.
  • A fixed price per plan, whatever the size of the list. Free holds up to 1,000,000 items per collection and Starter 2,000,000, in your browser; paid plans sync collections under 100,000 items to the cloud.
  • Deduplication, editing and filtering are unlimited; credits pay for enrichments that call outside services, such as email finding and verification.

Why teams look past Datablist

The reasons come down to where the data lives, how it reaches the CRM, or what the cheaper plans leave out. Each point is from Datablist's own website.

HubSpot and Salesforce go through other tools
Pipedrive is the only CRM in its list of data sources; for other CRMs, its home page points to Zapier, Make and n8n.
The data lives in your browser
Collections not synced to the cloud are deleted if you clear the browser's site data, so Datablist recommends regular exports.
Cloud sync stops at 100,000 items
Datablist stores data in your browser; paid plans sync collections under 100,000 items to the cloud.
Automation starts on Growth
Free and Starter include no enrichment automation, export integrations or REST API; automation starts on Growth.
Verification costs credits
Its waterfall email verifier costs 5 credits per deliverability check, free when the check stops on a syntax or domain error.
Each extra user costs more
Each user beyond those a plan includes costs $120 a year, on Starter and Growth.

Datablist alternatives, by job

Start from the job you use Datablist for: cleaning a file locally, enriching leads, merging CRM duplicates, or getting clean lists into the CRM.

To clean a file on your own computer

If the data should not leave your machine, these tools clean it locally. OpenRefine is free; WinPure is built for matching large datasets.

OpenRefine

  • Free, open source software for cleaning and transforming messy data, with clustering that merges similar values and undo to any earlier step.
  • Runs on your own computer, so the data is cleaned on your machine.

Keep in mind: Its manual lists exports to files, SQL and Google Sheets; we found no HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive connector.

Operelio vs OpenRefine

WinPure

  • Profiles, cleans, standardizes, matches and dedupes records, with a 30-day free trial.
  • Runs on your own Windows desktops or servers, or Windows machines you run on Azure or AWS, without sending records to a SaaS platform.

Keep in mind: Small Business is priced per user, billed annually, for up to 100,000 records; Professional and Enterprise are by quote.

Operelio vs WinPure

To find and enrich leads

If enrichment is what you use Datablist for most, Clay is built around it, with many data providers in one table.

Clay

  • Finds and enriches people and companies from many data providers, with waterfalls across providers and Claygent, its AI research agent.
  • Free plan with 6,000 actions and 1,200 data credits a year, up to 200 rows per table.

Keep in mind: Auto-sync and enrich CRM starts on Growth, at $446 a month billed yearly or $495 monthly.

Operelio vs Clay

To merge duplicates inside the CRM

If the duplicates are already in the CRM, these tools connect to it and merge records in place.

Dedupely

  • Works with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Close, Nimble, Google Contacts and CSV files, with auto-merge on every plan.
  • Every plan includes Auto Merge, which matches and merges on a schedule you set, in the background.

Keep in mind: Priced by the number of synced CRM records.

Operelio vs Dedupely

Insycle

  • Insycle merges duplicate contacts, companies, deals and custom objects inside the CRM, on a schedule or from a workflow.
  • Lists eight platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Intercom, Mailchimp, Marketo, Yext and Zendesk.

Keep in mind: Priced by the total number of records in the connected CRM, not by seat.

Operelio vs Insycle

To clean lists and push them into the CRM

If each cleaned list ends up in HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, Operelio runs the whole flow, from cleanup and verification to a checked push.

Operelio

  • Covers four jobs in one: trails for automated lead flow and routing, Bridgeant by Operelio for AI cleanup, 17 cleanup and verification tools and a CRM import to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive with a report of what will be created, updated, skipped or refused before you push.
  • A trail runs each file it receives through cleanup, dedupe, verification and ICP filters such as job function, seniority, industry and company size, checks each row against the live CRM, then can set the owner: one rep, a column of rep emails or round robin. Files arrive by upload, by email to a folder's own address or through the API; email-in starts on Starter and the API on Pro. A trail runs on arrival or on a schedule (every day, on weekdays, once a week or every 6, 8 or 12 hours).
  • Keep one master list in a watched folder. Each time you save a new version, the trail cleans, verifies and pushes it on arrival or at the next scheduled time. By default it fills only blank fields, so it does not undo edits made in the CRM.
  • The Free plan runs 15 of 17 tools; the limit is volume: 2,000 rows per job, 5 jobs a month and file size. CRM push, trails, Bridgeant's AI and email verification start on Starter.

Keep in mind: A schedule does not re-push an unchanged file, and Operelio does not pull records out of the CRM. It never merges or deletes CRM records, so duplicates already there stay.

What each one costs at the same size

These tools count different things: Datablist and OpenRefine charge per plan, WinPure per user up to a record limit, Dedupely and Insycle by the records in your CRM. The table puts each one at the same three sizes, billed yearly, with its own terms under it. Clay is left out: its plans are priced on the actions they include, from $167 a month billed yearly on Launch, not on list size.

  • A month, billed yearly. Prices from each vendor's own pricing page, October 2026.
  • Datablist and OpenRefine: a fixed price per plan, whatever the size of the list. Datablist Starter covers one user, and OpenRefine is free and open source.
  • WinPure and Dedupely: WinPure Small Business is priced per user for up to 100,000 records, with larger editions by quote; Dedupely by the tier its synced CRM records fall in.
  • Insycle: priced on every record in the connected CRM, from 25,000 records.
  • Operelio: the price does not change with the size of your CRM; the plan's limits are listed under its name.
