The Bridgeant advisor is on every plan, including Free: it reviews a file, tells you what's wrong, and answers questions about the product. The AI operator comes with Starter and up: it plans a multi-step job with exact counts, and runs it only after you approve. Talking to Bridgeant never spends your job credits, and the operator runs nothing until you approve the plan.

Yes, with a trail. A trail watches a folder and runs your saved steps when a file arrives, or on a schedule you set. It runs automatically: a new file is usually picked up within a few minutes. Every plan can build a trail and test-run it, Free included. Running a trail automatically starts on Starter, and every paid plan can run one on a schedule as often as every 6 hours. Starter keeps 2 running at a time out of 5 you can build, Pro keeps 10 out of 20, and Agency keeps 25 out of 50, shared across your workspaces. A trail holds every push for review by default, so nothing reaches your CRM until you look at it. You can let a run push on its own, and if you do, it still stops and asks whenever there is anything to report. Trail runs use your ordinary job allowance. There is no separate meter for them.

A message is one send in the Bridgeant chat that the AI reads, in Advisor and Operator mode alike, and one message usually completes a step of work: review a file, build a plan, answer a question. Sends answered by Operelio's built-in knowledge are free, and so are the automatic file check on upload and clicking Run on a plan. Starter includes 150 messages each billing cycle. Pro includes 250 per seat from a shared pool of 400, and Agency includes 600 per seat from a shared pool of 1,000 that covers client workspaces too. Running a job you approved costs a job, not a message. If you need more, buy a one-off pack or a monthly message add-on from your billing page; unused included messages reset with your billing cycle, while purchased packs never expire.

Starter is for solo operators: one seat, 300 jobs per month, up to 50,000 rows per file, and 2 trails running on their own. Pro is for small teams sharing a workspace: 5 seats included with extra seats at $15 per month, 1,000 jobs per month, up to 75,000 rows per file, 10 trails running, and 150 saved mappings. Pick Pro if more than one person needs to run jobs, share saved mappings, or approve a trail's runs.

Pro includes 5 seats in the base price; extra members are billed at $15 per seat per month. Agency includes 10 seats with extra seats at $25 per month. You add and remove members from the Team Settings page in your workspace, and Stripe prorates seat changes immediately.

Yes. No contracts, no lock-in periods. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the Billing page whenever you want. An upgrade applies straight away, and Stripe invoices the difference for the rest of your term. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep the time you bought.

A job is one run of one tool on your file. Cleaning headers is a job; deduplicating is another. Previewing a result costs nothing, so only clicking Run counts. If a file needs several fixes, Apply Fixes does them in one job, and on Starter and above the Workflow Builder chains steps so a whole cleanup is still one job rather than one per step. Free includes 5 jobs a month and Agency includes 3,000, and the count resets with your billing cycle.

You can still view and download previous results, but new jobs pause until your next billing cycle. On Starter and above you don't have to wait: buy extra jobs from your billing page, either as a one-off pack or a recurring monthly add-on, and they're available right away. Upgrading your plan is also immediate.
