How Operelio and WinPure differ
WinPure runs on your own machines
WinPure is installed software. It runs on Windows desktops or servers you control, including cloud machines on AWS or Azure, and no data is transferred to WinPure.
Operelio is a hosted service: you upload files and it processes them in its own cloud.
Getting cleaned data into the CRM
In WinPure's v10 manual, a job ends at a file or a database table. Its migration guide says your team receives a file it can trust and runs the CRM load itself.
Operelio pushes each cleaned file to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive itself, matching rows to existing records so a match updates the record instead of adding a copy. It fills blank fields by default and never merges or deletes CRM records.
Per user versus per plan
WinPure prices per user, so the bill grows with each person who runs it. Small Business stops at 100,000 records, and larger editions are by quote.
Operelio prices by plan, and the price stays the same however many records your CRM holds. Email verification costs one credit per address checked, and each new address the Finder checks costs one more; blanks, malformed addresses and dead domains are free.

How much does WinPure cost, and is it free?
WinPure has no free edition, but it offers a 30-day free trial. Small Business costs $185 a user a month, billed yearly, for up to 100,000 records; Professional and Enterprise & API are priced by quote.
Is WinPure cloud-based?
Not as a hosted service. WinPure Clean & Match is a Windows application you run on your own desktops, servers or cloud machines, such as Windows VMs on AWS or Azure. No data is transferred to WinPure.
Can WinPure push data into HubSpot or Salesforce?
Not according to its v10 manual, which lists exports to files and databases only. WinPure reads from Salesforce and Zoho, and its CRM migration guide has your team load the results. An older product page mentions pushing to Salesforce and HubSpot.
Does WinPure verify email addresses?
Partly. WinPure's Check Email feature flags invalid addresses, but its docs do not say whether it checks that the mailbox exists. Postal address verification is a separate add-on, from Professional.
