Cloudingo pricing in 2026: $2,500 a year, plus a fee above 300,000 records

Cloudingo costs $2,500 a year per Salesforce org on its cheapest plan, billed yearly, with no monthly option. Professional is $6,000 and Enterprise $10,000. Above 300,000 records, every plan adds a record count fee of $100 for each 100,000 more: at 500,000 records that is $200 on top of the plan.

Standard (1 user)$208.33$225$266.67
Professional (3 users)$500$516.67$558.33
Enterprise (8 users)$833.33$850$891.67
  • A month, billed yearly. Prices from the vendor's own pricing page, October 2026.
  • Priced per Salesforce org and billed yearly; the monthly figure is the yearly price divided by 12. Above 300,000 records, $100 is added for every 100,000. Cloudingo does not say how often that fee is charged, so the table counts it once a year.
  • Organizations with more than 300,000 records, counted across leads, contacts, accounts, person accounts and any custom objects, pay a record count fee of $100 for every 100,000 records above 300,000.
  • API integration, a dedicated customer success manager, a security audit and contract customization are Enterprise only, at $10,000 a year.
  • Address validation, which standardizes US mailing addresses, is a paid add-on on every plan.

Why teams look past Cloudingo

The reasons come down to the yearly price, what the cheaper plans leave out, or the CRMs it covers. Each point is from Cloudingo's own website.

Yearly plans only
Every plan is billed yearly, per Salesforce org, from $2,500 a year; there is no monthly plan.
Standard is one user
Standard is $2,500 a year for one user and standard objects only. Professional is $6,000 for 3 users and up to 3 custom objects. Enterprise is $10,000 for 8 users and unlimited custom objects.
Undo and real-time merge cost more
Real-time merge, undo and restore of merges and the rapid import wizard start on Professional, at $6,000 a year.
Files arrive by upload only
An import starts when someone uploads a CSV file, with saved templates for routine jobs; its imports page describes no SFTP, email-in or API file intake.
Salesforce and Marketo only
Cloudingo's home and pricing pages name Salesforce and Marketo as the systems it works in, and no other CRM; HubSpot and Pipedrive are not mentioned.
No mailbox check described
Cloudingo's home, pricing and imports pages describe no check that an email mailbox exists. Its import check flags problems such as malformed email addresses.

The best Cloudingo alternatives and competitors, by job

Start from the job you use Cloudingo for. DemandTools, DataGroomr and Plauti compete with it inside Salesforce; Insycle and Dedupely also merge in HubSpot and Pipedrive.

To dedupe and clean inside Salesforce

These tools also work on the records already in your Salesforce org, and two of them also verify contact data. Plauti also covers Dynamics 365.

DemandTools

  • Validity's DemandTools dedupes existing Salesforce records, loads records in and out of Salesforce and makes bulk field updates.
  • Verifies email addresses and shows the results in Salesforce, through Validity Engage.

Keep in mind: Its price is not published; Validity's DemandTools page sends you to its sales team.

Operelio vs DemandTools

DataGroomr

  • Imports CSV files into Salesforce with a data quality check, and can update existing records from a CSV.
  • Verifies contact data with credits; every plan includes a yearly allowance, from 10,000 credits on Standard.
  • 14-day trial with every feature, limited to 25 merged records.

Keep in mind: Standard is $1,995 a year with 100,000 records and one user; each extra 100,000 records adds $500 a year, counted across every object loaded into DataGroomr.

Plauti

  • Dedupes records in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a 14-day trial. Its price is not published; quotes are by record volume.

To merge duplicates in HubSpot or Pipedrive too

If Salesforce is not your only CRM, these tools merge duplicates in more than one, priced by the records you keep.

Insycle

  • Insycle merges duplicate contacts, companies, deals and custom objects inside the CRM, on a schedule or from a workflow.
  • Lists eight platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Intercom, Mailchimp, Marketo, Yext and Zendesk.

Keep in mind: Priced by the total number of records in the connected CRM, not by seat.

Operelio vs Insycle

Dedupely

  • Works with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Close, Nimble, Google Contacts and CSV files, with auto-merge on every plan.
  • A 7-day trial with 20 free merges, no card needed.

Keep in mind: Priced by the number of synced CRM records.

Operelio vs Dedupely

To run enterprise data operations

Openprise suits teams that load lists into Salesforce and Marketo as part of wider data operations, on a yearly contract.

Openprise

  • Automated list loading takes CSV uploads, SFTP drops and API connections, checks them against the CRM for duplicates, and names Salesforce and Marketo as destinations.

Keep in mind: Professional starts at $35,000 a year and includes unlimited seats, multi-vendor enrichment automation and a dedicated customer success manager.

Operelio vs Openprise

To clean and route new data before it reaches the CRM

If the trouble is new lists arriving dirty, clean them before they land. Operelio runs the whole flow, from intake to verification, routing and the push.

Operelio

  • Covers four jobs in one: trails for automated lead flow and routing, Bridgeant by Operelio for AI cleanup, 17 cleanup and verification tools and a CRM import to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive with a report of what will be created, updated, skipped or refused before you push.
  • A trail runs each file it receives through cleanup, dedupe, verification and ICP filters such as job function, seniority, industry and company size, checks each row against the live CRM, then can set the owner: one rep, a column of rep emails or round robin. Files arrive by upload, by email to a folder's own address or through the API; email-in starts on Starter and the API on Pro. A trail runs on arrival or on a schedule (every day, on weekdays, once a week or every 6, 8 or 12 hours).
  • Keep one master list in a watched folder. Each time you save a new version, the trail cleans, verifies and pushes it on arrival or at the next scheduled time. By default it fills only blank fields, so it does not undo edits made in the CRM.
  • The Free plan runs 15 of 17 tools; the limit is volume: 2,000 rows per job, 5 jobs a month and file size. CRM push, trails, Bridgeant's AI and email verification start on Starter.

Keep in mind: A schedule does not re-push an unchanged file, and Operelio does not pull records out of the CRM. It never merges or deletes CRM records, so duplicates already there stay.

What each one costs at the same size

These tools count different things: Cloudingo the leads, contacts, accounts and custom objects in the org, DataGroomr the records loaded into it, Insycle and Dedupely the records in the CRM. The table puts each one at the same three sizes, billed yearly, with its own terms under it. Openprise is left out: it starts at $35,000 a year.

When to stay on Cloudingo

If these describe what you need, Cloudingo is still the better fit.

  • You need Salesforce duplicates merged automatically

Merges Salesforce duplicates by hand, in bulk or automatically by rule on a schedule, and from Professional up in real time as records arrive.
  • You want merges you can undo

Real-time merge, undo and restore of merges and the rapid import wizard start on Professional, at $6,000 a year.
  • Many people work in one Salesforce org

The price is per Salesforce org and is not tied to the number of Salesforce users.
  • You dedupe Marketo as well

Marketo integration is included on every plan, so Marketo records can be deduped too.
