What a Zoho import actually fills, field by field, with the API name for each one. 19 fields across 24 ready-made mappings for 17 different exports. Operelio formats the file and Zoho imports it.
Required fields an export often cannot fill
Zoho refuses a row without these. Most exports do not contain them, which is why an import fails on a field nobody chose to leave out.
Company
Company6 exports cannot fill itZoho requires Company on every lead. Email-marketing subscribers often have no organization set, leaving Organization blank.
What to do: Before upload, fill blank Organization cells with a placeholder like 'Unknown'. Or bulk-edit Company in Zoho after import on the new leads.
Last Name
Last_Name5 exports cannot fill itZoho requires Last Name on every lead. ActiveCampaign exports the column, but subscribers who signed up with only an email leave Last Name blank.
What to do: Before upload, fill any blank Last Name cells with a placeholder like 'Unknown' so every row passes Zoho's import validation.

How the data gets into Zoho
Operelio formats the file for Zoho on every plan, including Free, and you import it with Zoho’s own importer. Direct push currently covers HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive.
- Columns are renamed to the field names Zoho expects, so its importer matches them instead of asking you to map each one by hand.
- Values are cleaned on the way through: emails lowercased and trimmed, phone numbers put into international format, names title-cased. Each template lists the transform it applies to every field.
- Rows that would fail are shown before you download, not after the import rejects them.

Which fields does Operelio map into Zoho?

How many exports have a ready-made Zoho mapping?
17, covering the usual prospecting, forms, commerce and CRM-to-CRM sources. Each one is a full field-by-field mapping you can use as it comes or adjust, and a source with no template can be mapped by hand in the CRM Formatter.
What if my export has no Company?
Zoho requires Company on every lead. Email-marketing subscribers often have no organization set, leaving Organization blank. Before upload, fill blank Organization cells with a placeholder like 'Unknown'. Or bulk-edit Company in Zoho after import on the new leads. Of the exports with a Zoho template, 6 do not carry Company, so the template says so before you run the import rather than after it fails.
