HubSpot to Zoho in three steps
Step 1Export from HubSpot- Go to CRM, then Contacts, and open the view you want to export.
- Click Export in the upper right.
- Choose CSV, XLSX or XLS and enter an export name.
- Choose the language for the column headers and click Export.
- Download the file from the link HubSpot emails you.
You need Export permissions, and files over 2 MB arrive as a ZIP.

- Start here checks all 13 columns were found.
- Save Zoho Leads import as a CSV.
Works in Excel for Microsoft 365 and Google Sheets. Excel 2019 and older, Apple Numbers and LibreOffice can't run the formulas this file uses.
Step 3Import into Zoho- Open the Leads tab, click the down arrow next to the Create button and choose Import.
- Drop in or browse to your CSV, XLS or XLSX file, set the character encoding if needed and click Next.
- Choose Add as new, Update existing only or Both, and the field that identifies an existing record.
- Map each column to a Zoho CRM field; for a lookup, choose the field that identifies the linked record.
- Set the assignment, approval and automation options, accept the anti-spam policy and submit.

Last Name comes from HubSpot's Last Name column; Company comes from HubSpot's Company Name column. The checker above counts the rows with Last Name or Company blank.
Where does Lead Status go?
Into Description on each lead, labeled like "HubSpot lead status: Connected".
What about HubSpot Companies and Deals?
This template handles Contacts only. HubSpot Companies map to Zoho Accounts, and HubSpot Deals map to Zoho Deals. Both need separate exports and their own import.
Where does HubSpot's export fill Last Name, which Zoho requires?
Last Name comes from HubSpot's Last Name column. The checker above counts the rows with Last Name blank.
Where do Lifecycle Stage and Lead Status go?
Into Description on each contact, labeled like "HubSpot lifecycle stage: Customer | HubSpot lead status: Connected".
Why does Company Name go to Account_Name?
Zoho uses Account_Name on the contact to link the contact to a company record (Account). If the account doesn't exist yet, Zoho creates one during import.
