The template Phone takes the first of Direct Phone and Company HQ Phone that has a value.
ZoomInfo's export has no lead source or lead status column.
The template sets Lead Source to ZoomInfo and Lead Status to Not Contacted on every row. Change either, or drop them, before you import if your process differs.
This template gives LinkedIn Contact Profile URL, Job Function, Management Level and Department no Zoho field of their own.

This template is for users treating ZoomInfo contacts as net-new leads in Zoho. Leads are the right destination for prospects you haven't qualified yet. If you want to import them as Zoho Contacts with an Account link instead, use the ZoomInfo to Zoho Contacts template, or convert them in Zoho after import using the Lead Conversion tool.
Last Name comes from ZoomInfo's Last Name column. The checker above counts the rows with Last Name blank.

This template expects the standard Contact Search column set. Columns like Mobile Phone, Intent and Scoops are not in the expected set, so the import won't reject rows when they're absent. If your export has extra columns, map them by hand in the column mapper.
