How Operelio and Better Analyst differ
Exportable code or an approved plan of tools
Better Analyst generates code for each request and runs it in an isolated sandbox for every chat. It shows the code, which you can export. It says it never uses your data to train AI models. We found no step described for approving a transform before it runs.
Bridgeant's plan is a list of Operelio's own tools, such as Deduplicate, Find & Replace and Health Check fixes. The tools make every change, so the same steps on the same file give the same result.
Where repeat runs deliver the data
Better Analyst's data flows deliver to Google Sheets and databases, and we found no CRM among their destinations or its connectors. Each flow replays the same transform and records delivery status and row counts. Starter gets one weekly flow to Sheets; Max adds daily flows to databases and Business hourly ones.
An Operelio trail takes each new file by upload, email-in or the API (Pro and up) and runs the same steps. Before you push, a report shows what will be created, updated, skipped or refused. A new trail holds each push for approval, and you can let clean runs push on their own.
Operelio verifies emails before they reach the CRM
On Starter and up, email verification checks whether each mailbox can receive mail, at one credit per address checked. The Finder rebuilds missing or bouncing addresses from patterns in your own file, and each new address it checks costs one more credit. Blanks, malformed addresses and dead domains are free.
