How Operelio and Google Sheets differ
Near-duplicates that Sheets' Remove duplicates misses
Remove duplicates in Google Sheets compares the values in the columns you pick. Cells that differ only in letter case, formatting or formulas count as duplicates, but we found no fuzzy or similarity matching, so a typo or a spelling variant stays in the list.
Operelio's Deduplicate tool runs exact, smart or similarity matching on every plan, and each run returns a new file with a count of the rows removed. Your original file is never changed.
ISEMAIL checks the format, not the mailbox
ISEMAIL checks that a value looks like an email address but, in Google's words, doesn't verify its existence. Google's own tip for validating emails is a data-validation rule on the format. We found no mailbox check.
Operelio's free email quality check runs on every plan. On Starter and up, email verification costs one credit per address checked, and the Finder rebuilds missing or bouncing addresses from patterns in your own file, at one more credit for each new address it checks. Blanks, malformed addresses and dead domains are free.
Getting a Google Sheets list into your CRM
On Starter and up, Operelio maps the file to your CRM's own fields and matches people by email address and companies by website or name. A report shows what will be created, updated, skipped or refused, and Operelio never merges or deletes CRM records.
Google lists HubSpot and Salesforce among data sources you connect from the sheet, through Marketplace integrations. We found no native push of rows into a CRM.
Trails for the lists you export from Sheets
A trail (Starter and up) cleans each new file uploaded, emailed to its folder or sent through the API (Pro and up), on arrival or on a schedule. It dedupes, filters, verifies and formats, then can route rows to one rep, a column of rep emails or round robin.
