What the AI reads
Bridgeant reads a summary of the file: column names, how full each column is, counts and problems found. The rows themselves are not sent to the model, and nothing runs until you approve the plan, so hidden text in a file cannot change it on its own.
Anthropic advises using Claude for Excel only with trusted spreadsheets, because files from outside sources can contain hidden instructions that steer the assistant. Claude reads the whole file, names and emails included.

Claude writes new code for each request, so it can follow almost any rule you describe.

Claude can write to HubSpot through HubSpot's connector, which suits a few records at a time. Pipedrive also has a connector for Claude.

A trail picks up each new file, uploaded or emailed to its folder's own address, and runs on arrival or on a schedule (every day, on weekdays, once a week or every 6, 8 or 12 hours).

Questions
Can Claude clean a CSV before a CRM import?
Yes. With code execution turned on, Claude can fix formats, split columns or remove duplicates. Checking that each address can receive mail is not built in.
How big a file can Claude or Operelio clean?
Claude takes up to 30 MB per file when it runs code; Anthropic does not publish a row limit. Operelio takes up to 50,000 rows per job on Starter and 150,000 on the top plan. A push takes up to 50,000 rows, so split a bigger file first.
Does Bridgeant read the rows in my file?
