How Operelio and LeadMove differ

  1. Selling leads or working your own

LeadMove is for people who sell leads to outside buyers: brokers, aggregators, agencies and publishers. It receives each lead, checks and scores it, routes it to a buyer and tracks what you're owed.

Operelio is for teams that sell to the leads themselves. A trail (Starter and up) takes each new list, cleans and dedupes it and pushes it into your own CRM, with owners from your own team if you set them.

  2. Scoring a lead or cleaning the list

LeadMove checks the email's syntax, whether its domain is disposable and whether it takes mail, checks the phone is valid for the lead's country and gives a 0-100 score. An AI reviewer also rates intent and spam risk.

Operelio fixes the data with dedupe, find and replace, header and column tools, then filters by job function, seniority, industry and company size. From Starter, verification costs one credit per address checked and Bridgeant plans a cleanup from a summary of the file, never the rows, then runs it after you approve.

  3. Operelio checks your CRM before it writes

Operelio matches people by email address and companies by website or name, and shows what will be created, updated, skipped or refused before you push. It fills only blank fields unless you choose to overwrite, and never merges or deletes CRM records.

LeadMove posts each lead to the buyer's CRM by webhook, or sends it by email, Google Sheets or SMS. It skips any buyer who already had that person within its duplicate window, and says its webhook works with any CRM, naming HubSpot, Salesforce and GoHighLevel.

Where LeadMove is better

  • Pricing each lead

Leads go exclusive or shared per pipeline, at a per-lead price that can vary with the lead; buyers without enough prepaid balance are skipped.
  • Buyer portal and returns

Buyers get a white-label portal, on your own domain if you want, and file returns with a reason that you approve or reject.
  • Scoring at intake

Every lead gets a 0-100 quality score and a letter grade on arrival, with an AI review of intent and spam risk.

Frequently asked questions

How much does LeadMove cost?

Starter is $149 a month, Pro $299 and Scale $499, billed monthly. Every plan has every feature; plans differ only by leads a month, buyers, pipelines and users. Scale covers 20,000 leads a month, and Scale+ is quoted beyond that.

Is LeadMove free?

We found no free plan. Every LeadMove plan starts with 14 days free. After that, plans start at $149 a month, billed monthly only (we found no yearly billing).

Which CRMs does LeadMove integrate with?

LeadMove delivers each lead by webhook and says it works with any CRM, naming HubSpot, Salesforce and GoHighLevel. It also sends leads by email, Google Sheets or SMS. We found no native CRM apps and no documented Pipedrive setup.

Can Operelio distribute leads to buyers like LeadMove?

No. Operelio routes leads to your own reps: one rep, a column of rep emails or round robin, set per trail. It has no buyer tiers, caps, operating hours, buyer portal or returns, and does not track what buyers owe. For selling leads, use LeadMove.

Is Operelio a LeadMove alternative?

Only when the leads are for your own team. Operelio takes lists by upload, email or API, cleans them, checks them against your CRM and pushes them, automatically or with approval. If you sell leads to buyers, LeadMove fits and Operelio does not.
