Where Eventbrite and monday CRM don’t line up

First Name and Last Name become one Name

Eventbrite keeps First Name and Last Name apart, and monday CRM has one Name field.

The template joins them, leaving out any that are empty.

Eventbrite to monday CRM in three steps

Step 1Export from Eventbrite

Open your event.
Select Reporting, then Event reports.
Choose Attendees.
Select the file type and export the report.

Some orders show Info requested when the buyer didn't give attendee details.

Works in Excel for Microsoft 365 and Google Sheets. Excel 2019 and older, Apple Numbers and LibreOffice can't run the formulas this file uses.

Step 3Import into monday CRM

Open the Contacts board, open the New contact dropdown and select Import contacts.
Browse to your file or drag it in.
Choose the group to add the items to.
Match each file column to a board column or a new column, or skip it.
Set the duplicate behavior (add as new, skip or update) and click Import Now.
