LinkedIn Sales Navigator to Copper in three steps

Step 1Export from LinkedIn Sales Navigator

LinkedIn says Sales Navigator has no CSV export for leads or accounts, so the list is exported with a separate tool. This template is built for the column set Evaboot produces.

  1. Install the Evaboot Chrome extension.
  2. Build your lead search or open your lead list in Sales Navigator.
  3. Click Export with Evaboot, then name the export and launch it.
  4. Follow its progress in your Evaboot dashboard.
  5. Download the finished file as CSV or XLSX.

Evaboot exports up to 2,500 leads or 1,000 accounts every 24 hours per Sales Navigator account.

Each lead exported uses 1 Evaboot credit, and each email found uses 1 more.

  1. Go to your profile, then Workspace Settings, then Manage Your Data, then Import Data.
  2. Choose People as the record type.
  3. Choose Excel as the file type and select your file.
  4. Fix anything flagged in red using the field menu above each column.
  5. Click Continue Import.

Where does LinkedIn Sales Navigator's Country column go in Copper?

To Country on the person. LinkedIn Sales Navigator's Country is the person's; Company Country describes the company, so the template leaves it out.

Where do Mutual Connections, Past Title 1 and the other columns go?

Into Details on each person, labeled like "- Mutual connections: 12".

Does this template map email?

Yes. Evaboot's export has an Email column, filled only where Evaboot finds an email. The template maps that work Email column to Copper's email field, so rows where Evaboot found an email land with one and the rest stay blank. The separate Personal Email column is left unmapped, since this template has one email field and it takes the work email. The export has no phone column, so phone is not mapped.
