Typeform to Salesforce in three steps

Step 1Export from Typeform
  1. Open the form, click Results, then Responses.
  2. Select the header checkbox for every response, or pick individual ones.
  3. Click the Export icon.
  4. Choose CSV or XLSX and click Export.

You can't export responses from the mobile builder.

Step 3Import into Salesforce
  1. From Setup, type Data Import Wizard in Quick Find, select it and click Launch Wizard.
  2. Under Standard Objects, choose Leads.
  3. Choose whether to add new records, update existing ones or both, and how to match them.
  4. Drag in your CSV, check the encoding and click Next.
  5. Check the mapping, map any field left over, click Next, then Start Import.

Where does Typeform's export fill Last Name and Company, which Salesforce requires?

Last Name comes from Typeform's "What is your last name?" column; Company comes from Typeform's "What company do you work for?" column. The checker above counts the rows with Last Name or Company blank.

What if my Typeform questions use different wording?

Typeform uses your exact question text as column headers. If your questions differ from this template (e.g. 'Your name' instead of 'What is your first name?'), adjust the column mapping in Operelio after uploading.
