Lusha User Data to Close in three steps

Step 1Export from Lusha
  1. Open the Lusha table that holds your revealed contacts.
  2. To export some of them, check the box next to the Contact column (up to 150 at a time) and click Export to CSV.
  3. To export the whole table, click the export icon and select Export table.
  4. The file downloads to your computer, and past files stay under Export history.

The full All contacts table can't be exported as a single file.

For users who are not admins, CSV export is a Scale plan permission.

  2. Start here checks all 8 columns were found.
  3. Save Close Contacts import as a CSV.

Works in Excel for Microsoft 365 and Google Sheets. Excel 2019 and older, Apple Numbers and LibreOffice can't run the formulas this file uses.

Step 3Import into Close
  1. Click your name at the top right and choose Import data.
  2. Upload a CSV or Excel file, or paste straight from a spreadsheet.
  3. Choose where each column goes, or check Skip to leave it out, and click Next.
  4. Choose a column to group rows into leads, such as Company.
  5. Set the duplicate matching and choose to add missing information, replace the lead or skip it, then start the import.

Which Lusha export does this template expect?

The User Data export, which ships a single Contact name column, three email slots and six type-named phone slots. If your export has separate First name and Last name columns plus Seniority and Departments, that's the Prospecting export. Use the Lusha Prospecting to Close Contacts template for that shape.
