Moving from Pipedrive to Monday.com? Pipedrive and Monday.com both use a single Name field, so the data lines up directly. This template maps Person - Name to Name, plus email, phone, and organization. Monday.com doesn't deduplicate on import, so dedupe your CSV first if Pipedrive has historical duplicate contacts.

Columns we don't use
Your Pipedrive export includes 1 column this template doesn't map. Each one below explains why, plus the workaround if you want the data in Monday.com.
- Person - Label
Pipedrive labels (Hot lead, Customer, etc.) don't map to a default Monday.com board column. Monday.com uses Status or Dropdown columns instead.
If you need it. Add a Status or Dropdown column to your Monday.com board called Label with values matching your Pipedrive labels, then re-run this template to map Person - Label.
Formatting and cleanup
Pipedrive exports rarely match the format Monday.com expects. Fix these before you import.

How do I export contacts from Pipedrive?
Go to Contacts (People), apply any filters you need, click the three-dot menu, and select 'Export to spreadsheet' as CSV.
Why is Name a direct map and not split?
Both Pipedrive and Monday.com use a single Name field for the contact, so the data lines up directly. No splitting needed.
How does Monday.com handle duplicates on import?
Monday.com boards don't deduplicate on import. Every row in your CSV creates a new item. Run a deduplication pass on your CSV before uploading, especially with Pipedrive exports that may include historical duplicates.
What about Pipedrive deals and pipeline data?
This template handles contact records only. Deals, activities, and pipeline stages require separate exports and a different import process in Monday.com.
Where do I import the CSV into Monday.com?
Open your contacts board, click the + at the top-right, choose 'Import from spreadsheet', and upload the file Operelio produces. The import wizard matches the column headers to your board columns.
