Outlook and Microsoft 365 contact exports include business phone, mobile phone, and the full business address. This template combines First Name and Last Name into Pipedrive's single Name field, matches Company to a Pipedrive org, and maps email, business phone, job title, and the per-contact Notes column. Pipedrive's contact model holds a single phone and no address block by default, so the mobile phone, home phone, address fields, and Outlook-specific columns don't map directly. The section below explains what to do with each one if you need it.
Field-by-field mapping
This is the complete column mapping from Outlook / Microsoft 365 to Pipedrive. The left column is the header in your CSV export. The right column is the Pipedrive field it should map to.

Columns we don't use
Your Outlook / Microsoft 365 export includes 15 columns this template doesn't map. Each one below explains why, plus the workaround if you want the data in Pipedrive.
- Mobile Phone, Home Phone
Pipedrive contacts have a single phone field on the standard layout. Business Phone maps to it; Mobile Phone and Home Phone don't have a default home.
If you need it. Add custom phone fields on the Pipedrive contact called Mobile and Home, then re-run this template to map them.
- Business Street, Business City, Business State, Business Postal Code, Business Country/Region, Home Street, Home City, Home State, Home Postal Code, Home Country/Region
Pipedrive contacts don't store address fields by default. Addresses live on organizations.
If you need it. If you need the address on the contact, add custom address fields in Pipedrive and re-run this template. Otherwise let the organization address handle the business address.
- Web Page
Pipedrive doesn't have a Website field on contacts. Websites typically live on the organization record.
If you need it. Update the matching Pipedrive organization's website after import, or add a custom URL field on the Pipedrive contact.
- Categories, Birthday
Categories and Birthday don't have default Pipedrive contact fields.
If you need it. For Categories, use Pipedrive labels after import. For Birthday, add a custom date field on the contact and re-run this template.
Formatting and cleanup
Outlook / Microsoft 365 exports rarely match the format Pipedrive expects. Fix these before you import.

How do I export contacts from Outlook?
In classic Outlook for Windows, go to File, Open & Export, Import/Export, then choose Export to a file as Comma Separated Values. In the new Outlook or Microsoft 365 web, go to People, click Manage contacts, then choose Export contacts.
Why do you map Business Phone and not Mobile Phone?
Pipedrive contacts have a single phone field on the standard layout. Business Phone is typically the primary work contact, so we map it by default. Mobile Phone needs a custom field. See 'Columns we don't use' below for the workaround.
Why don't you import the Home address?
Pipedrive contacts don't store address fields by default. Business address is more reliable for CRM purposes anyway since it's typically required at the organization level. See 'Columns we don't use' below for the custom-field workaround if you need the home address.
How is Company handled?
Company names match against existing Pipedrive organizations. If no match exists, the template creates a new organization and links the contact to it.
Will this create duplicate contacts in Pipedrive?
Pipedrive's import dedupes on Name plus one of email, phone, or organization. An Outlook contact matches an existing Pipedrive contact when the name and either email, phone, or organization all align. Contacts whose name spelling differs from the existing record create a new contact even when the email matches.
