Intercom to Pipedrive in three steps

Step 1Export from Intercom
  1. Go to Contacts and select the users.
  2. Click the More dropdown and select Export users.
  3. Choose the displayed columns or all columns.
  4. Click export these users, then open the CSV link Intercom emails you.

The emailed link to the CSV expires after one hour.

  2. Start here checks all 7 columns were found.
  3. Save Pipedrive Contacts import as a CSV.

Works in Excel for Microsoft 365 and Google Sheets. Excel 2019 and older, Apple Numbers and LibreOffice can't run the formulas this file uses.

Step 3Import into Pipedrive
  1. Go to Tools and apps, then Import data, then Import from spreadsheet, and click Get started.
  2. Select the kinds of data your file contains, such as People, and click Next.
  3. Click Upload spreadsheet and choose your file.
  4. Check the mapping, drag any unmapped column onto a field, and click Next.
  5. Check the preview, choose how duplicates are handled and click Start import.

Where does Intercom's export fill Name, which Pipedrive requires?

Name comes from Intercom's Name column. The checker above counts the rows with Name blank.

Where do Created at and Last seen go?

Into Notes on each person, labeled like "Intercom created: 2026-01-11 | Last seen: 2026-09-30".

Why is name a direct map and not split?

Intercom's export has a single name field, which maps straight to Pipedrive's Name field. No splitting needed.
