Tool availability by plan
15 of the 17 tools are available on Free: Excel to CSV, CSV to Excel, Clean Headers, Deduplicate, Find & Replace, Filter & Extract, Column Manager, Transpose, Match & Pull Columns, Compare Files, Merge Files, Split File, Data Health Check, CRM Formatter, and the Email Verifier & Finder. Free file counts are lower (2 files per merge, 25 per split) and the volume wall still applies.
Three parts of those tools need Starter. The CRM Formatter formats for every CRM on Free, but pushing to a CRM needs Starter. The Email Verifier's Quick clean runs on every plan, but Full verification, which uses credits, needs Starter. Data Health Check's Do Not Contact check needs a Do Not Contact list, which is Starter and up.
2 tools require Starter or higher: Workflow Builder and Company Active Check.
Batch processing is Agency only.
Every plan can build a trail and test it. On Starter and above, trails run your tools automatically on every file that lands in a folder. The rows above show how many you can build, how many can run at a time, and how many watched folders each plan includes; every paid plan can schedule a trail as often as every 6 hours.
A trail also takes leads one at a time, from a form, its webhook or an email to its folder. Single leads are free up to the plan's number above. Past it, each 10 single leads, or part of 10, uses one job, and none is turned away.
Billing options
Pay monthly, quarterly (10% off), or annually (25% off). All prices are in USD. Quarterly and annual plans are billed upfront for the full period. The discount applies to the plan price: extra seats and packs are billed at their own prices.

Packs
On Starter and above, a workspace admin can buy more verify credits, jobs and Bridgeant messages from the Billing page. Packs never expire. Any pack can also be added as a monthly add-on, billed on its own monthly date even on a quarterly or annual plan, for 10% less than the one-off price.
Packs can't be bought or spent while a payment is overdue, or after the workspace moves to Free. They are kept, and work again once billing is current or you return to a paid plan.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial of any paid plan?
There is no time-limited trial. The Free plan lets you test the tools with 5 jobs per month and 2,000-row files. Upgrade when you need more capacity.
Can I switch billing periods?
Yes. You pick monthly, quarterly or annual billing when you upgrade from Free. To change it on a plan you already pay for, email support@operelio.com and we'll switch it for you.
Do I get a reminder before my annual plan renews?
Yes. You'll get an email 15 days before your annual plan renews.
