Upgrading

Go to the Billing page in the app and select a new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period.

Downgrading

You can downgrade at any time from the Billing page. The downgrade does not take effect straight away. You keep full access to your current plan for the rest of the billing period you already paid for. Once that period ends, the new lower plan kicks in.

When the downgrade takes effect, saved mappings and workflows beyond the new plan's limit become read-only. You can still view them but cannot create new ones until you delete some or upgrade again.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the Billing page. You keep full access to your current plan for the rest of the billing period you already paid for. If you cancel halfway through a monthly cycle, you can still use everything on your plan until that month ends. The same applies to quarterly and annual plans.

There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts. Once the paid period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.

Changing billing frequency

You can switch between monthly, quarterly, and annual billing from the Billing page. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. For example, if you are on a monthly Pro plan and switch to annual, you stay on monthly billing until the current month ends, then the annual plan starts.
