Five steps, start to finish
The whole process takes about two minutes. Here is exactly what to do:
Create your account
Go to operelio.com and click "Get started free". Sign up with your email or Google account. No credit card needed. You land on the dashboard immediately.
Pick a tool
You land on the dashboard. Open the Tools page from the sidebar to see all 17 tools as cards, each with its name, a short description, and a plan badge (Free, Pro, Team, or Agency). Click the one you need, or start from a shortcut on the dashboard. If you are not sure, try Clean Headers or Excel to CSV for a quick win.
Upload a file
Drag your .xlsx, .xls, or .csv file into the upload area, or click to browse your computer. Operelio reads your column headers and shows them in the config panel below the upload.
Configure and preview
Set the tool's options. Some tools need almost no setup (Excel to CSV just asks which sheet to export), others have more to configure (Find & Replace lets you add multiple rules with different matching modes). Most tools show a live preview that updates as you change settings. The preview shows a count of what will change, not the full output.
Click Run
Your job is queued and results are usually ready within a few seconds. The results page shows a summary sentence, stat cards, a preview of the output, and a download button. Click Download to save your file.
File size limits depend on your plan: 2 MB on Free, 25 MB on Pro, 35 MB on Team, 100 MB on Agency.
What you get on the Free plan
Free accounts can run 3 jobs per month and process files up to 2,000 rows and 2 MB. Output is CSV only. 12 of the 17 tools are available (including the Email Verifier's free quality screen; deep verification needs credits). The 5 that require Pro are: CSV to Excel, Merge Files, Split File, Workflow Builder, and Company Active Check.
Some Free tools have Pro-only features inside them. For example, Deduplicate works on Free with exact matching, but similarity matching needs Pro. You can still use the tool; the Pro features are just greyed out.

Frequently asked questions
Do previews count as jobs?
No. Only clicking Run counts as a job. You can preview as many times as you like.
What happens if my file has more rows than my plan allows?
Operelio processes the first rows up to your limit (2,000 on Free, 50,000 on Pro, 75,000 on Team, 150,000 on Agency) and shows a banner on the results page with your file's total row count, the limit that was applied, and the number of rows processed. Upgrade to process the full file.
Can I undo a transformation?
Operelio never modifies your original file. It creates a new output file. Your uploaded file stays as-is and you can download it again from the Jobs page.
