Your dashboard
A tour of the home dashboard, panel by panel: what needs you, your tasks, and where you left off, all in one place.

What the dashboard is
The dashboard is the page you land on when you open Operelio. It is a set of panels that answer one question at a glance: what needs you right now, and where did you leave off. It is not the tools grid. You open a tool from the Tools page or from the shortcuts here; the dashboard is where you keep track of the work.
Which panels you see depends on your plan. Everyone gets the cockpit at the top and a card to pick up where they left off. The Tasks, Files, CRM, and Workflows panels are on Pro, Team, and Agency. The Team panel and the API strip are on Team and Agency.
The cockpit: what needs you
The top of the page leads with your state, not a greeting. A headline counts the things that need action, worked out from real signals, so it changes as work comes and goes. Under it you see your jobs quota and any verify credits with the date they reset, a month calendar of what is coming up, and a row of your key numbers: jobs this month, rows processed, files uploaded, and CRM exports.
If you use Bridgeant, a command line sits here too. Type what you want and press Enter to hand it straight to Bridgeant. On Free, where there is nothing scheduled yet, this space helps you get your first clean file instead.
Needs attention
Just below the cockpit, a short list surfaces only what is worth acting on right now: a run that failed, a CRM connection that needs reconnecting, a quota you have used up, or a task that is overdue or due today. Each row has a button that takes you straight to the fix. When nothing needs you, the list says so plainly. An overdue task shows up here as a quiet signal to act, never as a red alarm.
Pick up where you left off
This card remembers your most recent job and offers the next step: view the result, push a formatted file to your CRM, or run it again. Under it, a strip of quick actions links to the tools you reach for most, so your next job is one click away.
The Tasks panel
The Tasks panel is your open tasks, grouped by when they are due: anything overdue or due now sits at the top, then Upcoming, then Later. Each row shows the task and the file it is about. Tick the circle to mark it done in one click, right here, or click through to the file to work on it.
A task is a title, a due date, an assignee, and the file it belongs to. Anyone in the workspace can assign one. When a teammate assigns you a task or marks one done, you get a notification in the app, by the bell in the top bar. There are no email reminders; the dashboard is where you see what is due.
On Team and Agency, a Mine and Team toggle lets an admin see every open task across the workspace, so nothing sits waiting on the wrong person. The Tasks panel is on Pro, Team, and Agency.
Files, CRM, and Workflows
Below sit three quiet glances into the rest of your workspace, each with a link through to its full page. Files shows the spreadsheets you worked on most recently. CRM shows the health of your HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive connections, so you can tell at a glance whether one needs reconnecting. Workflows shows the cleanups you have saved to rerun in a click. These three panels are on Pro, Team, and Agency.
Team and API
On Team and Agency, an admin sees a Team panel of who is in the workspace. Where your plan includes API access, an API strip shows your calls this month against your cap and your active keys. Both appear only on the plans that include them.
