Export Calendly meetings
- Go to the Calendar page.
- Use Filter to narrow by date, team member or event type.
- Select Export in the top right corner.
- The CSV downloads, or arrives by email for a large export.

How do I export Calendly data to CSV?
Go to the Calendar page. Use Filter to narrow by date, team member or event type. Select Export in the top right corner. The CSV downloads, or arrives by email for a large export. The file comes out as CSV.
Which CRMs can I import a Calendly export into?
There are ready-made templates for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Freshsales, Close and Monday.com: 6 in all, each mapping the export column by column. Any other CRM can take the file too, mapped by hand in the CRM Formatter.
