Export contacts from ActiveCampaign
- Click Contacts in the left menu.
- Click the three dots at the top right of the Contacts page and choose Export.
- Name the export and pick the fields you want.
- Click Export, then download the file from the Exports page within 7 days.

Contact notes can't be exported, and each contact's tags come in a single column.

How do I export ActiveCampaign data to CSV?
Click Contacts in the left menu. Click the three dots at the top right of the Contacts page and choose Export. Name the export and pick the fields you want. Click Export, then download the file from the Exports page within 7 days. The file comes out as CSV.
Which CRMs can I import an ActiveCampaign export into?
There are ready-made templates for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and Freshsales: 5 in all, each mapping the export column by column. Any other CRM can take the file too, mapped by hand in the CRM Formatter.
