- Click the gear icon and choose the columns to include.
- Click the three dots, then Export filter results.
- Choose Excel or CSV, then download the file now or later from Export data.

Only global admins and users with the right permission can export, and files are kept for 28 days.

How do I export Pipedrive data to CSV?
