Export contacts from Apollo to CSV

  1. In Apollo, go to Search, then People, and apply your filters or open a saved list.
  2. Tick the contacts you want, or use bulk selection at the top, then click Export.
  3. Choose whether to include all contacts or only those with verified emails.
  4. Optionally click Edit export CSV settings to change the fields.
  5. Click Export records, then Download when the file is ready.

Exporting saved contacts may use export credits, depending on your Apollo plan.

Contacts you have already exported, and contacts without verified emails, do not use credits.

A live integration suits records that should keep flowing into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM as they change. A template suits a file you already have, a CRM Apollo.io doesn't connect to (Freshsales, Close, Monday.com and Copper) or records you want cleaned and mapped before they go in.

How do I export Apollo.io data to CSV?

In Apollo, go to Search, then People, and apply your filters or open a saved list. Tick the contacts you want, or use bulk selection at the top, then click Export.
