- Open the Contacts panel and, under Lists & Segments, click Customers.
- Optionally pick First-Time Customers, Repeat Customers or a saved segment.
- Click the export icon in the top-right corner.
- Click Confirm.

Managing customers is available on the Basic, Core, Plus, Advanced, Commerce Basic and Commerce Advanced plans.

What columns are in a Squarespace export?
12 columns, starting with First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Shipping Address Street 1, Shipping Address City. The full list, and where each column lands in each CRM, is on this page.
How do I export Squarespace data to CSV?
Open the Contacts panel and, under Lists & Segments, click Customers. Optionally pick First-Time Customers, Repeat Customers or a saved segment. Click the export icon in the top-right corner. Click Confirm. The file comes out as CSV.
Which CRMs can I import a Squarespace export into?
There are ready-made templates for HubSpot and Salesforce: 2 in all, each mapping the export column by column. Any other CRM can take the file too, mapped by hand in the CRM Formatter.
